1 oz……………………………………………….Fresh Lime Juice
3/4 oz……………………………………………….Simple Syrup
7………………………………………………Mint Leaves
1 Dash………………………………………………Angostura Bitters
Some………………………………………………Chilled Club Soda
1 ………………………………………………Mint Sprig For Garnish
1………………………………………………Lime Wheel For Garnish (Optional)
Gently muddle mint leaves with simple syrup in a cocktail shaker tin, add lime juice and Don Q Añejo. Fill with ice and shake vigorously until well chilled. Strain into a ice filled highball or Collins glass. Add a dash of bitters, top with soda and garnish with a sprig of mint and lime wheel (optional).

1 1/3 oz……………………………………………….Pineapple Juice
1 oz……………………………………………….Coco Lopez Cream Of Coconut
Dash ………………………………………………Angostura Bitters
One………………………………………………Cherry
Blend with a half scoop of cubed ice until light and frothy. Aerated, not thick. Pour into a tulip glass. Garnish with cherry.

1 1/2 oz……………………………………………….Don Q Cristal
Add ice and garnish with a lime wedge.
